Europe faces a generational choice: understand the world it lives in, or have that world explained to it by others.
Every critical decision — in defense, security, and the infrastructures a society depends on — now runs on data, and on the models that reason over it. Whoever controls that layer controls the decision. Today, that layer is too often neither owned nor governed by Europeans.
We believe understanding is a strategic weapon.
The decisive advantage is not more data. It is institutions that truly understand the real world — the one we build, and the one that surrounds us.
We believe sovereignty means the technology, not only the data.
Keeping data on European soil while renting foreign intelligence above it is not sovereignty. It is storage.
We believe great power is never safe.
Analytical power over states and citizens is dangerous by nature. The answer is not to renounce it — others will not. The answer is to wield it with open eyes: auditable, traceable, accountable under the rule of law.
That is why we build Stormbringer:
